These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Privavia website and any charter request you submit to Privavia Aviation Inc. By using the site you agree to these terms.
1. Our role
Privavia arranges private aircraft charter on your behalf. Flights are operated by duly licensed and certified air carriers. Privavia coordinates the booking and acts as your point of contact before, during and after each trip.
2. Requests and quotes
A flight request is an invitation for us to prepare a quote and does not by itself create a binding booking. A charter is confirmed only once you accept a written quote and any applicable payment terms are met.
3. Pricing
Quotes are all-in for the itinerary described and remain valid for the period stated. Changes to routing, timing, passenger numbers or external factors such as fees and weather may affect the final price; any such change will be communicated to you.
4. Changes and cancellations
Cancellation and amendment conditions are set out in your confirmed quote and depend on the operator and timing. We will always relay the applicable terms before you confirm.
5. Safety and operations
Operating decisions — including for safety, weather, air-traffic and regulatory reasons — rest with the operating carrier and its crew. Schedules are estimates and may change for these reasons.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use this website lawfully and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to it.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Privavia is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
8. Governing law
